Abstract
The oleochemical industry waited for several years a statutory incentive to develop the applications of natural raw materials. Today, this regulation pressure is fully present. Industry has to change a lot of process or products they use in order to respect human safety and environment. Vegetable products are, in many fields, the right answer to this concern. If we add the economic aspect, with the mineral oil price today, the green chemistry is promised to a beautiful future.
