European production of vegetable proteins from high protein crops for the year 2018. Proteins amounts were calculated by multiplying the crops production by proteins concentrations: 18.3, 15.3, 35.5, 21.6, 19.9, 24.9, 33.5% for rapeseed, sunflower, soybean, linseed, peas, broad beans and lupine respectively (source: Eurostat, 2020 for the crops production and Feedbase for the proteins concentrations)
