La filière du chanvre industriel est d’une dimension économique faible, sans être dans le champ de la microéconomie. Fournisseuse de fibres, de granulats végétaux (la chènevotte), de graines oléagineuses et de protéines, elle a dû au cours de son histoire se séparer de son cousin germain le cannabis drogue. Bien que modeste, sa dimension économique est de régionale à mondiale selon les matières produites. Cette filière est très encadrée par ses organismes structurants, nationaux et européens.
Abstract
The branch of industrial hemp is of low economic dimension, without being in the field of microeconomics. Supplying fibres, plant aggregates (shives), oilseeds and proteins. The branch has had historically to separate itself from its cousin, the drug cannabis. Although small, its economical dimension is from regional to global according to produced materials. This sector is very strongly regulated by its national and European structuring.
