Un historique de l’utilisation des matières premières naturelles dans les savons et détergents suivi d’une présentation de la répartition des matières hydrophobes naturelles en fonction de leur origine. Quelques applications de tensioactifs provenant du colza et du tournesol sont décrites.
Abstract
A chronological view of the use of natural raw material for soaps and surfactants. A survey of the origin of hydrophobic group used in surfactants. Some applications of surfactants show the possibility of use of rapeseed and sunflower.
