Systems Lipidomics for descriptive and functional analysis of complex disorders. Integration at both molecular and physiopathological levels is required for the understanding of complex diseases. It is to be noted that this schematic representation applies not only to AD, but to most human pathologies, and can be used for the identification and validation of novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
