Chevreul Conference 2025 – Exploring Lipid–Protein Interactions- November 6 and 7, 2025

The French Society for the Study of Lipids (SFEL) is pleased to announce the 2025 edition of the Chevreul Conference, to be held online on November 6 and 7, 2025.

This year's theme, "Latest News on Lipid–Protein Interactions: From Cell Membranes to Food Functionalities," will explore the growing body of research connecting lipid–protein interactions with food science, nutrition, and cellular mechanisms. The program will include sessions focused on:

  • Lipid–protein interactions in vivo and in planta

  • Challenges and opportunities for food applications

  • Nutritional relevance and implications

Bringing together academic researchers and industry professionals, the Chevreul Conference 2025 aims to foster dialogue and innovation at the intersection of molecular biology, nutrition, and food technology.

The event is organized by:

  • Claire Berton-Carabin (INRAE)

  • Frédéric Fine (TERRES INOVIA)

  • Anne Le Guillou (DANONE)
