DOAJ Seal awarded to Oilseeds and fats, Crops and Lipids demonstrating “best practice in open access publishing”
- Details
- Published on 29 March 2021
We are pleased to announce that Oilseeds and fats, Crops and Lipids, among 22 other EDP Sciences’ journals, has recently been awarded the DOAJ Seal which “is awarded to journals that demonstrate best practice in open access publishing”. Only around 10% of journals indexed in the DOAJ are awarded the DOAJ Seal, so it is a gratifying mark of recognition of the excellent work Oilseeds and fats, Crops and Lipids is doing.
“There are seven criteria which a journal must meet to be eligible for the DOAJ Seal. These relate to best practice in long term preservation, use of persistent identifiers, discoverability, reuse policies and authors’ rights.” (DOAJ website)
Find out more about the DOAJ Seal here.
